This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information from users of our Services (“you” or “your”). By using our Services, you agree to the practices described herein and to our Terms of Service.
1. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide to Us
1. Registration & Profile Information. When you create an account or register, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, general location, and details about the procedures you’re interested in.
2. Authentication Data. If you sign up via Google or Facebook, we receive basic profile information (e.g., name, email, profile picture) from those providers.
3. Communications. When you contact us or fill out forms (including surveys or career applications), we collect the information you provide—such as name, contact details, message content, resume, or attachments.
4. Health & Medical Information. If you complete our Intake Form(s), onboarding processes or upload medical records, we collect your health history, conditions, allergies, medications, and other health-related details. We collect and process this health information only with your explicit consent, obtained at the point of collection. You authorize us to share these records with the specific Provider(s) you select, interact with or request, so they can preliminarily evaluate your case remotely. We do not use your health information for advertising and do not share it with advertising partners.
B. Information We Collect Automatically
1. Device & Usage Information. We collect device identifiers, IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, search queries, session duration, and usage patterns.
2. Cookies & Similar Technologies. We and our partners use cookies, pixel tags, and SDKs to collect usage data across sessions and devices. You can manage cookie settings via your browser or device preferences, though disabling cookies may limit functionality.
C. Information from Third Parties. We may receive information about you from analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics), advertising partners, or other third-party services, in accordance with their policies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
• Provide, maintain, and improve our Services;
• Facilitate secure messaging, file-sharing, and appointment booking with Providers;
• Facilitate future travel bookings via third-party partners (you pay Providers directly for medical services);
• Communicate updates, confirmations, reminders, and customer support;
• Personalize marketing and promotional materials (we do not use health information for marketing or advertising);
• Generate aggregated, de-identified analytics;
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service;
• Share with clinics and travel partners to fulfill your requests; and
• Other purposes disclosed at the time of collection.
3. How We Share Your Information
1. Providers & Clinics. We share your medical and contact information with the Provider(s) you select, interact with or request, enabling remote case evaluation and care coordination.
2. Payment & Travel Partners. Globalcare does not collect or process your payment details for medical services; you pay Providers directly. Travel-related data is shared with travel partners for booking fulfillment.
3. Vendors & Service Providers. We disclose information to trusted vendors who support our Services (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, CRM).
4. Affiliates. We may share information with our corporate affiliates for the purposes described in this Policy.
5. Legal Requirements. We may access, preserve, or disclose data to comply with legal obligations, protect rights, or respond to lawful requests by public authorities.

7. With Your Consent. We may share data with your permission or as directed by you.
4. Your Choices & Rights
• Access & Correction. You can view or update your account information in settings or by contacting us.
• Data Deletion. You may request deletion of your account and data, subject to regulatory obligations. Note: medical records shared with Providers cannot be deleted from their systems; please contact them directly.
• Marketing Opt-Out. Unsubscribe from promotional emails via the link in our messages. Administrative messages (e.g., appointment reminders) cannot be opted out of.
• Cookie Controls. Adjust cookie preferences via your browser or device settings.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Records of any payments you make directly to Providers or travel partners are retained by those parties under their own policies.
6. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards—including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest—for sensitive data (medical records, payment details). However, no system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18, or to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact contact@getglobalcare.com for removal.

Where required by applicable law, transfers of health or other sensitive information are made only with your explicit consent. By using our Services, you consent to these transfers.
