Globalcare Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor
The Giveaway (“Promotion”) is organized and sponsored by Globalcare International LLC (“Globalcare”) in collaboration with participating dental clinics (“Clinics”).
2. Eligibility
- Open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada.
- Must be 22 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Limit of one (1) entry per person; multiple accounts or duplicate entries will be disqualified.
- Employees of Globalcare, its affiliates, participating clinics, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Promotion Period
- The Giveaway will run during October 2025 and remain active until Globalcare reaches a minimum of 3,000 qualified participants.
- Globalcare reserves the right to extend, modify, or end the Promotion at its discretion.
4. How to Enter
To participate, entrants must complete all of the following steps during the Promotion Period:
- Follow Official Accounts
- Follow Globalcare on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (@getglobalcare).
- Follow the official Instagram accounts of the participating Clinics:
- White Coast Restorative Dentistry – Playa del Carmen, Mexico (@whitecoast.dentistry)
- Beauty Smile – Puerto Vallarta, Mexico (@beauty_smile_pv)
- Yeah Smile – Cancún, Mexico (@yeahsmilemex)
- Engage on Social Media
- “Like” the official Giveaway post on Instagram and TikTok.
- Comment on the post tagging at least three (3) friends.
- Share in Stories
- Repost the Giveaway to your Instagram Story, tagging @getglobalcare
Note: Failure to complete any of the above steps will render the entry invalid.
5. Giveaway Dynamics
- Participation Goal: The Giveaway is designed to reach at least 3,000 qualified participants.
- Number of Winners: Two (2) winners will be selected.
- Winner Selection: Random selection will be conducted using a certified online tool such as Comment Picker.
- Announcement: Winners will be announced on Globalcare’s Instagram and TikTok accounts (via stories or livestream).
- Verification: Winners must confirm their identity by matching their registered Globalcare app account with their Instagram handle.
- Video Call Requirement: Winners must complete a video consultation with the selected Clinic to confirm they are medically eligible for a treatment with a minimum value of $6,000.
- Prize Claim: Winners must claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification. If unclaimed, another winner will be selected.
6. Prizes
Each of the Two (2) Winners will receive:
- Covered by Globalcare:
- Up to $1,000 USD toward flights and lodging, reimbursed only after completion of the treatment.
- Covered by the Clinic:
- $2,000 USD discount toward a treatment with a minimum value of $6,000 USD.
- Full diagnostic consultation, treatment plan, and digital X-rays.
- Professional dental cleaning (prophylaxis + polish).
- In-office whitening session.
- Dental care kit.
Conditions:
- Discount applies only to qualifying treatments of at least $6,000 USD.
- Treatment plan may vary following the Clinic’s medical evaluation.
- Travel and treatment dates subject to availability.
- Trip reimbursement will be processed only after treatment completion.
- Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

8. Clinic Protocols
Winners must comply with all standard medical and administrative protocols of the participating Clinic, including but not limited to signing informed consent forms, following pre- and post-treatment medical instructions, and adhering to the Clinic’s payment and scheduling policies.
9. Rules & Conduct
By participating, entrants agree to the following:
- Accounts must remain public during the Promotion for verification.
- Entries from spam, fake, or bot accounts will be disqualified.
- Globalcare reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if technical problems or insufficient participation occur.
- Any violation of these Terms will result in disqualification.
10. Publicity Release
By accepting a prize, winners grant Globalcare and participating Clinics the right to use their name, likeness, social media handle, and submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. Liability Release
Globalcare and participating Clinics are not responsible for:
- Technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or other errors beyond their control.
- Cancellations, delays, or changes in travel arrangements.
- Medical outcomes or results of dental treatments, which remain the responsibility of the Clinic.
Participants assume all risks associated with travel and dental procedures. Globalcare is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation.
12. Governing Law
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
